Method 1: Delete via Your Facebook Settings (Recommended)
You can manage and revoke data access permissions directly within your own social media platform. To remove our application's access through Facebook:
- Log into your Facebook profile and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Apps and Websites.
- Locate [Your_Facebook_App_Name_Or_Shopify] in the list and click the Remove button next to it.
- A confirmation pop-up window will appear. Check the optional box if you wish to delete all past app activities associated with your profile, then click Remove.
Method 2: Contact Us Directly for Permanent Server Deletion
If you prefer to permanently delete your registered customer account, order history (excluding specific transactional data required by law for tax and legal compliance), and all data collected by our integrated applications from our secure servers, please reach out to our team directly:
- By Email: Send a formal request to our official customer support address at support@seamlesshairlab.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Required Information: To protect your security, please ensure you send the email from or provide the exact email address associated with the account you wish to have removed.
Processing Time: Once we receive your submission, our security team will verify your account identity and permanently delete your data from our active databases within 3–5 business days. You will receive a formal confirmation email from us as soon as the deletion process is successfully completed.
