Our goal is to provide safer and faster shipping options wherever you live.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

1. Processing Time

• Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon - Sat.
• Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
• We do not process orders on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

2. Shipping Time

• Ship to United States: 3-5 workdays. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipping Method: DHL/USPS/FedEx.
• Ship to Canada: 4-7 workdays. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipping Method: DHL/FedEx.
• Ship to Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 3-7 workdays. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipping Method: DHL.
• Ship to United Arab Emirates: 7-10 workdays. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipping Method: DHL/FedEx.
• Ship to South Africa: 7-10 workdays. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipping Method: DHL/Dpex/TNT.
• Ship to other countries: 7-10 workdays. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipping Method: DHL/Dpex/TNT.

Attention: Although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don't order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2-week cushion before your event to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

Please Note:

• We don't process shipments on Sundays because global shipping couriers do not operate on Sundays.
• Processing and shipping times may be extended during holiday seasons.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by local customs authorities according to local regulations.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, or local delivery partners depending on the destination country and shipping availability.

Free Shipping To Select Areas

We offer free international shipping on most orders via DHL or FedEx express shipping, with delivery times ranging from 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please refer to the checkout page for exact shipping times.

• Due to the geographical uniqueness of certain regions, we may apply additional shipping charges (for example, specific remote areas in Germany). Please refer to the checkout page for final details.
• For addresses classified as remote areas by DHL or FedEx, the customer will bear the excess for orders with shipping costs exceeding $25. If this happens, we will contact you directly via our official email: support@seamlesshairlab.com.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

It will take up to 2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link, which may take up to 12-48 hours to update. If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, please check your junk/spam or promotions folders.

Package Loss & Damage

All packages are shipped directly from our facility equipped with full tracking and delivery confirmation. While we cannot be held directly responsible for the internal performance of third-party carriers, we will fully assist our customers with any damage or loss claims. Please feel free to contact us through email at support@seamlesshairlab.com. To investigate carrier issues effectively, please also contact the local courier at your earliest convenience.

P.O. Boxes & Military Bases

Please note that military addresses (APO, FPO) and P.O. Boxes cannot be successfully delivered via express couriers. Please include a valid physical address at the time of checkout.
